    The only ones I can think of that are different to a normal kitchen (ie pots, pans, spatulas etc) is the Cataplana- which is a large dish for cooking rice over the stove, and terra cotta pots and plates used for cooking and presenting braised dishes. Everything else is pretty much standard...
