Ya it called Potato Puri. I give the recipe that my grandma teached me.

    INGREDIENTS:
4 large Potatoes (boiled and removed the skin)
    2 tbs green peas (boiled)
    ½ cup warm water
    2 long Green Chilies chopped
    4 Garlic cloves
    1 onion
10 Cashew Nuts, Chopped and fried with ghee
    10 Raisins fried with ghee
    1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/s tbsp chilly powder (if you like hot)
    1 tbsp aniseed powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2tbs ghee

    INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the potatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder aniseed powder, salt, water and green peas in a bowl.
Heat the ghee and fried the garlic for 10 sec, than add onion, green chilly till the onion turn in to light brown.
Add the mixture and let it boiled and turn in to paste than put in the Fried cashew nuts and raisins.
    Now it ready for serve.

Could you furnish some more details. Does the dish have any other ingredient ? I am Indian and haven't heard of a dish by that name. Does this dish have rice flakes in it ?
