Anyone have a mock up recipe for Health Choice Chicken Margherita? It's the one with grilled, marinated chicken breast, fire-grilled sweet bell pepper, roasted garlic, diced tomatoes, basil and a balsamic vinaigrette sauce served with angel hair pasta. I can't figure out how to make the balsamic vinegar sauce.

    From Healthy Choice:
"We grill a tender marinated chicken breast and top with fire-grilled sweet bell peppers and serve it with a side of angel hair pasta tossed with roasted garlic, diced tomatoes, basil and a balsamic vinaigrette sauce"

    Balsamic Vinaigrette Sauce

    Ingredients
    6 tablespoons mayonnaise
    6 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper

    Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until blended.
    Yield
    1 1/4 cups
