I'll look up a recipe, but please list the ingredients, I know cabbage garlic and pepper flakes (is the pepper flakes just the regular kind)
I was wondering if you have to put fish sauce in it or maybe just a little

It is not hard, but takes time to ferment. If you are going to look up the recipe, I am sure you will get a list of ingredients. If you want a really really easy way, look for NOH seasoning products, which has a Kimchee seasoning packet. Just follow the recipe. It is quite good.

Check my note, and as for fish sauce it is optional, but a bit of worchester sauce is fine to, I buy a korean chili paste here in Canada, but can give you a recipe for it if you want.
