I doubt it- its actually supposed to be good for you because the vitamins that are lost are then put back into your body.

well it has ammonia in it so its not good for you.
but as long as you dont make it a habit im sure youll be fine. |

Urine is sterile. If you are in a situation where you are going to dehydrate you can drink your urine.
As far as sick...I dont know...I am sure I'd get physically sick if I had to drink urine. |

No. Urine is sterile...if you are on an adventure like surviverman and were out of water, you could drink it to stay hydrated.

Sounds like Ayurveda. A small risk exists if there is a disease present, or bacterial infection of the urethra.

urine is sterile..that is the function of the kidneys. When there is a bacteria, you have a kidney infection. Will it make you sick...no, but I must ask why??
