i just want my cookies to be fluffy how ca i do that ?

one thing to know about making cookies....
baking soda makes cookies go flat baking powder makes them rise. i usually use a little more powder than soda, but i do use both. also when creaming the first ingredients, the sugar, eggs and fat, make sure to cream them until the mixture is very light and fluffy and a light yellow color |
