I love hummus and bought a couple litte things of it the other day. I know it is good for you and has some good fats in it. But what are the other benifts of it and also baba goncuh?

Both are good, but high in fat. Baba ganoush is awesome but I think is even more fattening; the eggplant is mixed with mayo and seasons to make a yummy spread.
