I want to make an easy recipie, that has easy ingredients. I do not want it to be a dinner recipie, but i want it to be a dessert. Please give me some choices! PLEASE TELL ME THE DIRECTIONS ONTO HOW TO MAKE THEM!

Apple Crisp
3 pounds tart apples 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup rolled oats 4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Peel, core and chop the apples; toss in a bowl with lemon juice. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add to the apples and toss to combine. In another bowl combine flour, sugar and oats. Cut butter into 8 small pieces, and cut butter into flour with a pastry blender or two forks until mixture is crumbly. Stir in the chopped nuts. Butter a 9-inch square baking dish. Spread apple mixture in bottom of baking dish then sprinkle with flour mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature, with vanilla ice cream or a little heavy cream, if desired. |

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 C. butter 1 1/2 C. brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp salt 12 oz chocolate morsels 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tsp vanilla 4 1/2 C. flour 2 tsp baking soda Beat butter, sugars, vanilla with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat till fluffy. Add flour mixture gradually. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. makes approximately 12 dozen. White Chip Chocolate Cookies Cream Together: 1 C. margarine 2 eggs 2 C. sugar Add: 2 tsp vanilla 2 C. flour 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cocoa 1 tsp soda 1 2/3 C. white chips Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Drop by teaspoon. Dont over bake. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C. butter 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 C. flour 1 tsp baking soda 6 oz chocolate chips 1/3 C. brown sugar 1/2 C. peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 C. oatmeal 1/4 tsp salt Beat sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and egg until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. let cool 1 minute before removing from pan --- Oreo Dirt Pie 1 package of oreo's 1 cup powered sugar 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding 1 8 ounce cream cheese 3 cups milk 1 8 ounce tub whip topping Mix the vanilla pudding and the milk in a bowl and set aside. Cream the cream cheese and the powered sugar together. Add the whip topping. Fold in the vanilla pudding mixture. Crush all the oreo's and place half of them in a 9X13 cake pan. Spread your mixture above on top. Sprinkle the remaining oreo's on top of that. Put your gummy worms where you like them. Serve or refrigerate and serve later. This dessert is a major hit with my family. You could just use the oreo's and the pudding and the gummy worms. Do the above just leave out the cream cheese, whiptopping and the powdered sugar. You can also use chocolate pudding instead of the vanilla ======= 1 pkg of cream cheese 1 jar of marshmallow cream Mix well. It's a really yummy dip for fruit. ======== Dreamsicle Cheesecake Ingredients: *graham crust (make it yourself or premade is fine.) 16oz cream cheese 6oz can of frozen orange juice 1 can sweetened condensed milk 10oz of whipped cream (cool whip) Instructions: Mix softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and orange juice with mixer. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill one hour ======= Quick & Easy Cheesecake 12 ounce tub of soft cream cheese 1/2 cup milk One small package (4serving size) of instant pudding any flavor Graham cracker pie shell Put cheese in a medium bowl, and add milk. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add instant pudding mix and stir with wooden spoon until well blended. It will thicken quickly. Spoon unto pie shell. place lid back on tin and refrigerate for about an hour. If you like fruit you can put your favorite fruit on when serving. Canned pie filling would be good for this. ------ Cream Cheese & Pecan Stuffed Strawberries 20 whole large strawberries, hulled 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup confectioners' powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract 2/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each strawberry so the berries stand upright. Place berries, cut side down, on a serving platter. Carefully cut the berries into 4 wedges, cutting almost to, but not through, the bottoms with a criss-cross cut. Fan wedges just slightly, taking care not to break them. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until combined but still stiff. Using a teaspoon or pastry bag with decorative tip, fill the strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Dip ends of cream-filled berries chopped pecans. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. --------------------------------------... Blueberry Cream Cheese Tarts 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 eggs 12 vanilla wafers 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry filling, or other pie filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a paper cupcake liner in each cup of a muffin pan. Beat cream cheese with a handheld electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in each muffin cup. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow tarts to cool completely. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or shortbread cookies. ------------------------------ Tropical No-Bake Cheesecake ½ cup graham cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened ½ cup powdered sugar 1 (20½ oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 (2 oz) package dessert topping Mix crumbs and butter; press on the bottom of an 8 inch round cake pan. Chill, reserving 2 tablespoons for top. Whip cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; stir in pineapple. Prepare topping according to package directions; fold into pineapple mixture. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and refrigerate |

Kiwi Sorbet
Ingredients : A : 200g sugar 180ml water B: 6 riped kiwi, peeled 4 teaspoon lemon juice 160ml water Method : 1. Cook ingredients A into syrup. Remove from heat and leave to cool. 2. Blend kiwi into puree. 3. Combine syrup and ingredients B, pour into a prepared container. 4. Freeze until semi set or until almost solid. Remove from freezer and blend with a blender until smooth. Return to freezer and refreezer until firm. |
