I think they clock in a 15g fat a pot but there's sod all else in them bar fibre. If you eat them everyother day, you get fat and malnourished.

they are not necasarily bad for you, everything is good in moderation, i certainly would not call it a healthy snack, they contain allot of saturated fat and many calories.

this sort of snack is good for active people say mountain climbers or if your about to play footy as they contain many carbohydrates and lots of energy.

i do love a pot noodle once in a while

they are only unhealthy in large amounts, although i would not reccomend them as part of a strict diet,
not enough vitamins and minerals in them, try eating fruit.

Nope, definitely not a healthy snack. Lots of salt and saturated fat, which are definitely not good for the body.

I would not say they are bad for you, but they contain very little nourishment and have a high salt content.
I personally think they taste vile

I know someone who came here from another country and had neither heard of Pot Noodle nor heard the bad nutritional press about them. After seeing an ad for them on TV they asked me to get them one to try. I did and after a few mouthfuls they said 'this is very bad'.

We should instinctively know that Pot Noodle is crap.

No food on its own is *bad* for you (if it was, then it wouldn't be food!).

What can be bad for you is
    - eating too much of any one thing

What is bad for you is
    - failing to eat all the things you need

Hi there is alot of fat in them considering that they dont fill you up much once you have eaten them, but as long as you dont eat them all the time and just have one and nothing else then they are considered healthy like anything you can eat it in moderation, but they are nice.
